Cheryl is an Arkansas native whose family's love of food and work in kitchens both professionally and at home have inspired her life path.
She attended college as an unconventional student when the new campus of UA PTC CAHMI was newly opened. Thanks to the TRIO Program from UALR, she dual majored in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management and finished with certifications in both. She worked for a couple of local country clubs as a private chef and taught lessons on how to cook for the home or in a professional environment.
She's a lover of her home state as well her Southern roots and is just trying to bring a love of wholesome flavorful food to the world.
