Miss Jessica is here to show us how to make a quick and easy Polish Beet Salad! 

Ingredients: 

1 can Pickled Beets
2 small apples
1 large apple
Fresh dill
Salt
Red wine vinegar

1. Grate all of the beets
2. Peel and cut the apples in quarters; then grate
3. Add chopped dill, beets, and apples into bowl
4. Add red wine vinegar to taste
5. Add pinch of salt
6. Stir and serve
