It's a special edition of Cooking with a Librarian...KIDS Edition! Mrs. Sarah Beth is showing us how to make Avocado Chocolate Pudding.
- 1 avocado medium sized, not too ripe
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 5 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Pulse in food processor until smooth!
