  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello Instant Pudding (any flavor)


  1. Pour milk into a mixing bowl. 
  2. Add pudding mix and Cool Whip. 
  3. Whisk for two minutes by hand. 
  4. Pour mix into small, disposable, paper cups. 
  5. Cover cups with tin foil. 
  6. Slice a hole in the tin foil with a knife. 
  7. Insert popsicle stick through the hole. 
  8. Freeze cups for 4-6 hours or until frozen. 
  9. Dip the bottom of the cup in hot water and gently pull the Pudding Pop out of the cup.
